Specializing in adult mental health and alcohol & drug abuse assessment and treatment, Celeste
wants to assure you that addiction and mental illness are treatable as dis-eases. She has

(including sex & love, gambling, and food), and all types of mental illness, especially depression
and anxiety. She also counsels and educates family members about how to address the special

Empowerment, in Bloomfield, CT. (Although Celeste has been a Level III Usui Reiki Master since

ideologies and/or practices, and state-of-the-art holistic healing concepts and energy medicine
