Welcome
Mission Statement:

To provide quality state-of-the-art psychotherapy to all who seek to
improve their quality-of-life (QOL) .
Psychotherapy Services, LLC was founded in1999 by Celeste Mattingly, LCSW to provide
psychiatric services to adult clients from all socio-economic backgrounds.

Psychotherapeutic services include: diagnostic (DSM-IV) assessments; referrals;
treatment planning; individual and group therapy; case management and/or client
advocacy; liaisons with community providers; and provides medication consultations with
psychiatrists, APRNs, and PCPs.

Celeste Mattingly, LCSW is also a Level-III Reiki Master and has incorporated meditation
and energy work into her practice to help clients learn relaxation, stress management,
and to tap into their bodies own natural healing capabilities.

.Office Hours:
Psychotherapy appointments are scheduled from 10 am until 7 pm Monday through Friday, with some Saturday
appointments.  Sessions are 45 minutes in length.  

To schedule an appointment please call (860) 586-8700 and leave a detailed message. If your call is urgent and/or
time-sensitive please use the pager, and Celeste will get back to you within four hours.

The greeting on the confidential voice mail will indicate whether Celeste is available by pager- and if not will contain
instructions to receive 24 hour coverage.
Initial Meeting:
Please bring your insurance card, and whatever co-payment is required.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment.  There will be paperwork in the waiting room for you to begin
filling out.  
Also if you have any other insurance information, such as an authorization number please provide it at this time.  
Confidentiality:
All conversations between client and psychotherapist are
confidential and are protected under Connecticut law.  
Celeste will provide you with a thorough review of all
confidentiality practices, including Tarasoff & HIPPA.
Cancellations:
Failure to provide the office with 24 hours notice, prior to cancellation will result in the
industry-standard full-fee charge. This charge is the client's responsibility, as insurance
companies do not pay for missed appointments.  Please utilize the pager, if necessary, to allow
the full 24-hour notice.
